Our Origin
We care profoundly about the state of education and those who work within it.
The current education system is a concern; colleagues feeling overworked, financial budgets reduced and scrutiny is at an all time high. Studies indicate that behaviour is getting worse, impacting student progress and outcomes. Such conditions are not conducive to a healthy work-life balance resulting in teachers leaving the profession in record numbers.
HGS Education was created to make a difference to the lives of our colleagues and students.
